maxwinph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Prohibited Payment Methods: maxwinph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards. Attempts to fund an account using prohibited payment methods will be declined and may result in account review.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your maxwinph account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. maxwinph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. maxwinph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the maxwinph account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings may be withdrawn.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by maxwinph are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion page. Wagers placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% will count proportionally toward the wagering requirement.
maxwinph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice. maxwinph is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was credited.
